When I interviewed Bob Forrester, CEO, Newman’s Own a short while back he shared Paul Newman’s thoughts about founding Newman’s Own, “if you ask Paul about his vision, he would say, ‘I don’t really have one.’  But he had a huge amount of values, and those are his vision – to constantly live by those values.  Frankly, the food company got started a little bit as a joke.  He began to give out his salad dressing around Christmas.  People came back, kept asking for more. Paul believed, quality means profit and they are everyone’s profit. He’d give it all away to charity, 100%.  During his lifetime, Paul never took compensation.
Do you have value that drive you … think of what they are and how they might expand your business and purpose.
