Jim Abrahamson, President, IHG Americas, talks about the global delivery of great customer experience at IHG hotels on the CEO Show with Robert Reiss. Abrahamson cites the business components that enabled IHG to fuel its substantial growth even in a very difficult economic environment. The Abrahamson and Reiss dialog ranges from the IHG loyalty program to the re-launch of Holiday Inns, and on to its use of technology to better serve the customer and to reduce the costs of energy consumed.
